This project was an amazing opportunity to bring together a team of good friends who are all extremely talented.

After more than two weeks of course building from our friends at Today’s Park, it was finally time to start testing and filming. We had planned a full week of weather window to make sure we’d be able to film this top to bottom on a beautiful sunny day. On the second day, the sun showed up. We did a few warm-up laps, making sure Seb and I were feeling dialed. It was go time.

We started filming. Every lap was a challenge; 22 features to line up in a single run, each with its own set of difficulties. After the third try, we made it to the bottom with a sense of what the full run could feel like, even though it wasn’t perfect. We headed back up, and on the seventh try, all the elements aligned and we landed THE RUN. We reviewed the footage with the whole crew, and everyone was hyped.

The next morning, we woke up to a snowstorm and heavy winds; an unexpected April storm.

Perfect timing to hop into the editing booth.
